Contact BIC administration for a reset. Personal emails (like Gmail or Yahoo) are blocked.

    Incubation Request

    Limit

    You can only have 1 active Incubation application. Submitting again overrides it.

    Adding Teams

    Add members inside forms using their Student ID. You cannot add yourself. Added members will get an orange banner invite on their Dashboard to accept.

    FAQ & Troubleshooting

    Q. Can I submit multiple forms?

    Yes for Posters and Projects. No for Incubation (only 1 per student).

    Q. What file types are supported?

    Depends on the form (Posters accept PDF/Images, Projects accept Images only). Max size is 10MB.

    Q. My Student ID is wrong?

    It's auto-extracted from your @shu email prefix. Contact admin to adjust.

    Q. Teammate missing invite?

    Ensure they registered FIRST and you spelled their Student ID exactly right.

    Q. Can I edit after submission?

    Yes, just click 'Edit / View' from your list to update (unless locked by admin).
